What it is, simply
A thigh lift tightens skin and reshapes the inner thighs affected by excess skin or laxity. It is often indicated after significant weight loss, including following medical treatments such as Ozempic® or Wegovy®, for firmer, better-proportioned legs.
What we use, and why
A discreet incision is made in the groin crease and/or along the inner thigh, allowing removal of excess skin and fat.
The skin is then redraped to tighten the thigh, aiming for firmer legs that are more harmonious with the rest of the body.

Who it's for
This surgery suits men with excess thigh skin or laxity, notably after significant weight loss, causing aesthetic or physical discomfort (chafing, irritation).
Contraindications
Unstable weight, uncontrolled bleeding disorders, or active smoking not paused before surgery.
What this procedure cannot do
This surgery does not replace weight loss and does not address deep thigh fat, which may require complementary liposuction.
Realistic expectations
Firmer thighs and a more balanced silhouette. Final results appear after 3 to 6 months, once healing is complete.
Preventive care
This procedure is corrective: it treats existing excess thigh skin.
Where this procedure takes place
This surgery takes place in an accredited operating facility, with a complete medical team including an anesthesiologist and qualified nursing staff. Sterilization and safety standards match those of a hospital setting.
What happens, step by step
Before
A consultation assesses the extent of laxity and confirms weight stability before surgery.
During
Under general anesthesia, a discreet incision in the groin crease allows removal of excess skin and tightening of the thigh. The procedure takes 2 to 3 hours.
After
A compression garment is fitted before you leave, with clear instructions for walking and sitting during the first few days.
What to expect, and when
First few days
Bruising and swelling are normal for 2 to 3 weeks, well managed with medication.
First few weeks
Return to work after 10 to 14 days; resume sports after 6 to 8 weeks.
Lasting results
Final results appear after 3 to 6 months, once healing is complete.
Recovery is part of the care
Restrictions
The compression garment should be worn for about 6 weeks. Avoid prolonged sitting during the first few days.
Recommended local care
Keep incisions clean and dry, and wear the compression garment as prescribed.
Warning signs
Fever, worsening pain, or unusual discharge should be reported to the medical team.
