Post-Operative Instructions
Proper preparation and rigorous follow-up after your procedure are essential to reduce risks, support healing and maximize your results. These recommendations complement — without replacing — your surgeon's instructions.
The first 72 hours
Rest & Positioning
Follow the positioning instructions given by your surgeon, avoid any excessive pressure on the operated area, and sleep in the recommended position.
Edema Management
Wear the prescribed compression garments, begin lymphatic care only when authorized by your surgeon, and maintain adequate hydration.
Pain & Medication
Take your medication exactly as prescribed and do not add any treatment without medical advice. Mild tension or discomfort is normal; intense or unusual pain must be reported.
Mobility
Walk gently as soon as it is permitted, avoid physical exertion, sports and lifting heavy loads, and gradually resume activity according to medical advice.
Weeks 1 to 4
Healing
Do not remove dressings without instruction, avoid sun exposure on the scars, and maintain gentle, appropriate hygiene.
Regenerative Care
According to your personalized plan, treatments may be introduced gradually to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, decrease fibrosis and optimize aesthetic results.
Warning Signs
Contact your surgeon or emergency services immediately in the event of a fever above 38 °C, sudden and intense pain, shortness of breath, excessive redness, suspicious discharge or significant bleeding. Our care does not replace urgent medical attention.
Our role in your recovery
Recovery care optimizes your comfort, the quality of healing, the reduction of swelling and your overall recovery, in line with your surgical plan.
Each protocol is personalized according to your procedure and your progress.
