In simple terms
Exosomes are tiny vesicles that act as messengers between cells. Rich in growth factors and regenerative signals, they stimulate the natural renewal of skin and scalp. Applied to prepared skin, they help improve texture, radiance and density by reactivating the cell-repair processes.
What we use, and why
The exosomes we use are concentrated in growth factors, peptides and other regenerative signals. Applied to the surface — most often right after microneedling or a laser that opens fine channels in the skin — they penetrate where renewal needs to be stimulated.
We integrate them into our regenerative protocols to amplify cellular renewal and support the skin's recovery. The choice of product and its combination with other treatments are tailored to your skin, your hair and your goals.
Is it right for you?
Who it’s for
For those who wish to improve their skin's texture, radiance or scarring, support hair density or accelerate skin renewal — often as a complement to microneedling or a laser.
Contraindications
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infection or inflammation in the area, certain medical conditions. A medical assessment precedes every treatment.
What this treatment cannot do
It does not add volume like a filler, does not relax expression lines, and replaces neither surgery nor a hair transplant. Its effects are gradual, not immediate.
Realistic expectations
The improvement reveals itself gradually, over a few weeks, and strengthens across the sessions. The effect is natural and temporary; maintenance is recommended to sustain it.
Preventive treatment
By supporting skin renewal or scalp vitality early, exosomes can help preserve their quality before signs set in.
Where this procedure takes place
The treatment takes place in our high-end medispa space, in a private setting that meets medical standards. It is performed by a qualified member of our team, following strict hygiene and sterilization protocols.
What happens, step by step
Before
We assess your skin or scalp and your goals. Pausing certain actives (retinoids, exfoliants) and avoiding sun exposure in the days before the treatment may be advised.
During
After cleansing, the skin is prepared — often with microneedling or a laser — so the exosomes penetrate effectively. The serum is then applied and massaged into the targeted area. The treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes.
After
A passing redness, similar to a mild sunburn, is normal. You leave right away and resume your activities, following the guidelines for the first 24 hours (sun, makeup, heat).
What to expect, and when
First few days
Mild redness and sensitivity are normal and usually subside within 24 to 48 hours; the skin may already look fresher at this stage.
First few weeks
Because renewal is gradual, texture, radiance and — for the scalp — vitality improve over a few weeks and strengthen across the sessions.
Result longevity
Results build across the full protocol and last several months. Maintenance sessions help sustain the effect achieved.
