What it is, simply
Testicular implants are intended for men who have lost one testicle, or both, as a result of surgery, trauma, or congenital absence. They provide an aesthetic and psychological solution, helping restore a natural, balanced appearance of the scrotum.
What we use, and why
A small incision in the scrotum or groin allows placement of the implant, unilateral or bilateral as needed.
The choice of implant size and shape is made in consultation for a harmonious result proportionate to the patient's anatomy.

Who it's for
This surgery suits men who have lost one or both testicles (cancer, torsion, infection, trauma, or congenital absence) and wish to restore harmony and self-confidence.
Contraindications
Active infection in the genital region, uncontrolled bleeding disorders, or an unstabilized medical condition.
What this procedure cannot do
This surgery is strictly aesthetic and does not affect sexual or hormonal function.
Realistic expectations
A natural appearance of the scrotum with restored symmetry, a permanent result, and a lasting improvement in self-confidence.
Preventive care
This procedure is corrective: it restores symmetry already affected.
Where this procedure takes place
This surgery takes place in an accredited outpatient surgical suite, with a qualified medical team and appropriate sterilization standards.
What happens, step by step
Before
A consultation confirms the indication and determines the size and number of implants needed.
During
Under spinal anesthesia, a small incision allows placement of the implant(s). The procedure takes 45 to 60 minutes.
After
Supportive underwear is worn from discharge, with clear instructions for the first few days.
What to expect, and when
First few days
Mild to moderate pain, controlled with medication, along with swelling and bruising, is normal.
First few weeks
Return to work within 7 to 10 days; resume sports after 4 to 6 weeks.
Lasting results
A permanent result, with a natural appearance and lastingly restored symmetry.
Recovery is part of the care
Restrictions
Wear supportive underwear for several weeks and avoid strenuous physical effort during this period.
Recommended local care
Keep the incision clean and dry, and follow the medical team's instructions.
Warning signs
Fever, worsening pain, or unusual discharge should be reported to the medical team.
