What it is, simply
Pectoral implants add volume and definition to the chest for men who struggle to build this muscle mass despite training. Placed under the pectoral muscle through a discreet armpit incision, they create a firm, muscular, natural-looking chest.
What we use, and why
A small incision is made in the armpit fold, allowing insertion of the cohesive silicone implant under the pectoral muscle, where it follows the natural muscular contour.
Implants are shaped to closely mimic natural muscle contours, providing a stable result that does not vary with weight or training.

Who it's for
This surgery suits men with a flat or underdeveloped chest despite regular training, or athletes seeking enhanced symmetry or definition.
Contraindications
Uncontrolled bleeding disorders, active infections, or active smoking not paused before surgery.
What this procedure cannot do
This surgery does not improve muscle strength or athletic performance: it adds aesthetic volume to the chest.
Realistic expectations
A muscular, powerful chest, with a natural result that remains stable over time, independent of actual muscle mass.
Preventive care
This procedure is corrective: it adds pectoral volume perceived as insufficient rather than preventing its loss.
Where this procedure takes place
This surgery takes place in an accredited operating facility, with a complete medical team including an anesthesiologist and qualified nursing staff. Sterilization and safety standards match those of a hospital setting.
What happens, step by step
Before
A consultation determines the appropriate implant size and shape for your anatomy. Certain medications must be avoided before surgery.
During
Under general anesthesia, an incision in the armpit fold allows the implant to be placed under the pectoral muscle. The procedure takes 1.5 to 4 hours depending on complexity.
After
Tightness and discomfort in the chest muscles are normal initially, with clear instructions to limit arm movements.
What to expect, and when
First few days
Discomfort and muscle tightness gradually decrease, well managed with medication.
First few weeks
Return to work after 7 to 10 days; resume sports after 6 to 8 weeks.
Lasting results
The result is stable and long-lasting, with a natural muscular contour that does not change over time.
Recovery is part of the care
Restrictions
Avoid broad arm movements and upper-body training for 6 to 8 weeks.
Recommended local care
Keep incisions clean and dry, and follow the mobility guidelines provided by the medical team.
Warning signs
Fever, worsening pain, sudden asymmetry, or unusual discharge should be reported to the medical team.
